!?CM2的问题

我做了一个兵种升级的[wiki]ERM[/wiki]，但!?CM2不起作用呢，但是到城镇画面就可以升级，怎么回事？改为其它的也不行。还有每次开始，电脑总是给我一个法师，这又是咋回事呢？
