简历:埃里克·克拉普顿（Eric Clapton）是当今世界上首屈一指的蓝调摇滚吉他大师，1945年3月30日生于英国南部的萨里。克拉普顿曾先后在“新兵”（Yarkbirds）和“奶油”（Cream）等知名乐队中任主音吉他手。作为一个白人，他以娴熟、流畅的吉他演奏使布鲁斯（Blues）走出了黑人音乐的圈子，在更广泛的世界中为众多音乐爱好者接受欣赏。 John Mayall立刻邀请他加入他的Bluesbrakers乐队，但Eric Clapton只在乐队呆了很短的时间。此后，Eric Clapton与临时组建的乐队The Glands一起准备举办一次环球巡回演出，但计划很快在希腊夭折了。几个星期之后Eric Clapton回到英国重新与John Mayall共事。在1965年11月到1966年7月他第二次在Bluesbreakers乐队期间（当时他已经与Jack Bruce, Ginger Baker组建了Cream乐队），Eric Clapton在不断壮大的英国布鲁斯歌迷中被奉若神明。
