t.A.T.u.的小师弟--SMASH!!是由9岁起便成为死党的Sergey Lazarev与Vlad Topalov两个男孩组成，从小入选俄罗斯的儿童合唱团‘Neposedi’的两人，小时候就N已展开了演艺生涯。他们以法文灌录了音乐剧《钟楼怪人》中的一首咏叹调“Belle”送给Vlad的父亲当做生日礼物，从此一鸣惊人，促成SMASH!!与唱片公司合作的机会，因而让SMASH!!广受欢迎，单曲在广播与电视排行榜上盘踞了两个月，并赢得俄罗斯国家音乐奖‘年度最佳新人奖’。成千上万的疯狂歌迷簇拥、门票迅速销售一空的巡回演唱会(包括:俄罗斯、乌克兰、白俄罗斯、波罗的海三小国与罗马尼亚)，SMASH!!获得令人惊艳的成功，他们2003年在俄罗斯发行的首张专辑【Freeway】，至2004年2月已打破俄罗斯的英语专辑最高销售纪录，突破一百万张!
