成员包括： Pete Ham(主唱、吉他手)、Tom Evans(贝斯手)、Joey Molland(吉他手)、Mike Gibbons(鼓手)的 Badfinger 在1968年与 Apple Records 签约之前以 Iveys 团名在英國 Liverpool 起步。由于Apple Records公司是 Beatles 投资的唱片公司，因此 Badfinger与 Beatles的成员关系非常好，他们的第一支单曲即由Paul McCartney作词作曲制作的 “Come And Get It”，其它合作的还有与George Harrison的”All Thing Must Pass”；与 Ringo Strr的 ”It Don’t Come Easy”； 与John Lennon的 ”Imagine”。
