如何保持英雄原来的特长？

写了一个小[wiki]ERM[/wiki]，功能是让马克希姆（特长速度+2）能够拥有格鲁的特长。结果实现以后发现马克希姆本来的特长消失了……高手帮看看，哪里出的问题？
