I see you can. When you have two head talking mouse cursor, means object will interact with player. Just click on and go talk to them.

Renlinfeng, I think you forgot a space between tools\installmod.exe"Atlantis", thus the error. This command replaces the mods management, but is not necessary, if problems you can remove it.

This is my save:
The File which name is "1_蓝色_Upload" is for Athos Ruins, I can not visit it.
The File which name is "3_蓝色_Upload" is for City Hall, I can not visit it too.

没错，刚才我看了咱们打开地图编辑器之后确实跟老萨的不一样。市政厅确实是没有可以访问的黄色方块！
